The Spa is home to 4 Relaxation rooms as well as a pool, whirlpool, hot tub, multi sensory showers and foot reflexology baths.

This Roman Sauna
This Roman Sauna is a gentle, purifying and detoxifying heat room. The body gradually warms to stimulate the circulation. There are hoses inside the sauna with ice cold water, so if you are getting too hot simply hose yourself down and you will feel refreshed enough to extend your visit. You should allow around 15 minutes for this experience.

The Crystal Steam Room
The steam room has 8 individual seats around a quartz crystal which is there to purify and cleanse. The eucalyptus fragrance is meant to offer wellbeing and leaves you feeling rested. A fountain can be found in the middle of the Crystal with ice cold water for if you get too hot during this experience. Allow around 15 minutes for this experience.

The Sauna
This Edwardian-styled sauna cabin warms the body, increasing circulation aiding in the detoxifying process. With the Sauna you should shower before you enter, then again half way through your experience in very cold water. Allow around 10 minutes for this experience and be sure to shower in cold water afterwards. We recommend the Rain setting on the showers

The Meditation Room
This room, with impressive design, has a temperature of 39°C and contains tiled heated couches designed to fully relax you, simply sit back on one of the couches and let it do all the work. Allow around 10-15 minutes for this experience

Multi-Sensory Showers
This really is an impressive shower, there are 4 different settings, these are Rain, Tropic, Fresh and Side. The ‘Rain’ option is the equivalent of a cold topical storm, the water beats down on you in massive droplets. ‘Tropic’ is a refreshing cool tingly mist of water. ‘Fresh’ is a mist of tepid water while water sprays you from the side and ‘Side’ is the side showers spraying lukewarm water. All the options are designed to cool the body and close your pores.

Foot Reflexology Bath
This is a fully automatic foot bath, simply sit in the seat and press the button to start the process. First the bath will fill up with water, then when the tub is full, the underwater jets will massages your feet and ankles, the sensor behind you will detect when you leave and only then will the bath empty. The foot bath relieves pressure on the feet and ankles, which is great for tired feet after walking all day in the park.

The Pool

Relax in the pool away from the children, here you can have a swim or simply sit back and relax.

The Hot Tub
This bubbling tub is found next to the pool, press the button on the wall, then climb in, sit back and relax in the hot water as the jets massage your back and feet.

The Whirlpool
The Whirlpool can be found conjoining onto the main pool, simply press the button on the wall and the bubbles start. If you enjoy the bubbles but don’t like the heat of the hot tub this is for you.

The Conservatory
The Conservatory can be found just off the main pool complex of the Spa. It is the perfect places to take a quick timeout from your treatment and maybe kick back and enjoy a drink.
