Terms & Conditions of Photo Uploads By uploading photos through this TowersTimes upload tool you agree that we may use your submitted photos anywhere on the TowersTimes or related TT owned website. The images will not be sold or passed onto 3rd parties without consent from yourself. Images will remain your property throughout, however they may be watermarked by our systems to prevent hotlinking. Please note TowersTimes does NOT offer a "hosting" service and our systems may prevent hotlinking of any images. If you want to be credited for your photo please supply your full name (including surname) or forum username in the Name field above. All photos will be credited with the photo where possible, or in the TowersTimes credits page. Photos may be requested to be removed by the author within 30 (thirty) days of uploading, and all requests to do so should be submitted via the Contact Us tool. Requests will be actioned within 7 days. After 30 days we may reserve the right to refuse a removal request if it impacts the operation of or site content in a significant way. By uploading your photos we do not gaurantee that they will be used on the TowersTimes or related TT websites. Photos may be catalogued within our system for later user.
